There is something called Pareto’s Principle, also called the 80/20 rule. The 80/20 Rule means that in any set of things (workers, customers, etc.) a few (20 percent) are vital and many (80 percent) are considered trivial. You can apply the 80/20 Rule to almost anything. Try talking about yourself 20 percent of the time and other stuff 80 percent of the time. Roughly 20 percent of your customers will give you 80 percent of your sales. Make sure you pay attention to the the 80/20 rule.
